About Delivery

All orders will be calculated with the shipping fees automatically reflected upon checkout. We will process your order immediately after the FULL PAYMENT made. Normally it will take 1 - 3 working days for the courier services ( Pos Laju ) to delivery the parcel to your shipping address in Malaysia or 5 - 10 business days for international orders.


About Return

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We cannot issue refunds for shipping charges.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Once orders have left our warehouse, Gameland cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carrier for assistance. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at games.4.youuu@gmail.com or you can also contact us via our Facebook Page.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over rm300.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


1. General Return & Refund Conditions
We are fully committed to assisting our customers with returns, exchanges, or refund requests, provided that the following conditions are met:
  • Customer Responsibility for Shipping: Regardless of the reason for the return (including items being in good condition or claims of defects/flaws), all shipping costs—including original shipping, return shipping, and re-shipping fees—are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Mandatory Requirement: If a customer is unwilling or refuses to bear the shipping costs, any request for a return, exchange, or refund will be deemed invalid and will not be processed.
  • Cooperation: We are happy to facilitate your request as long as the shipping expenses are covered by the customer.
2. Special Terms for Playing Cards
Playing cards are considered delicate and collector-grade items that are highly susceptible to minor wear.
  • Protective Packaging: We guarantee that all orders will be reinforced and professionally packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Transit Damage Disclaimer: Any flaws or damage caused during the shipping process (e.g., dented corners, crushed boxes) are beyond our control and liability. We do not accept responsibility for damages incurred after the package leaves our facility.
  • Claims Against Carriers: Customers may file a complaint and seek compensation directly from the logistics/courier company.
  • Evidence Requirement: To assist in any inquiry, customers must provide a clear unboxing video and detailed photos of the package upon arrival. Failure to provide a continuous unboxing video will result in the immediate rejection of any claim.
3. Definition of "Non-Defective" Items
  • Minor Creases: Due to the nature of paper-based packaging, slight creases or minor marks on the tuck case (box) do not fall within the scope of a "product defect."
  • Perfectionist Warning: If you are a "perfectionist" collector, please consider your purchase carefully. We absolutely do not accept any claims for compensation, refunds, or returns based on minor aesthetic imperfections or box creases.
4. Dispute & Chargeback Prevention
This policy serves as a binding agreement between the seller and the buyer. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Any attempt to bypass this policy by filing a dispute with PayPal, Stripe, or your credit card issuer without prior communication will be reported as a breach of contract. We will submit this policy and your transaction records as evidence to the respective payment platforms.
